In July 2019, Romi and Raquel moved to Hawaii as an immigrant to join their eldest daughter Katrina.
ROMEO aka Romi was born on 23 December 1957 in Alaminos, Pangasinan, Philippines and a son of Gonzalo Ferrer Dona and Soledad Bucton Quinto (who were both deceased). His siblings are Teddy, Edilberto (deceased), Gonzalo Jr., Ricardo (deceased), and Mario, and Wilfredo, Carlito, and Marissa as the only girl in the family.
Romi studied and earned a degree of Bachelor Science of Business Administration major in Banking and Finance from Philippine Christian University, Taft Avenue, Manila, Philippines, in 1987.
He retired from Asian Development Bank on 30 March 2012, after more than 30 years in service. He held a position as a Senior Communications Assistant (Web and Servers Administration) upon retirement.
He entered into a vocation of Eucharistic Minister in Christ the King (CTK) Parish church, Greenmeadows, Quezon City and served
from August 2014 until December 2016. Last February 2018, he transfered to St. Francis of Assisi, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. He is now devoting most of his time in serving the Church in ministering Holy Communion at the Mass and to those unable to attend because of illness or infirmity, and he strives to reawaken in each communicant the fullest meaning of Eucharist.
While RAQUEL was born on 23 October 1961 in Manila, Philippines, and a daughter of Francisco Barba Diocares (deceased) and Cleofe Labrador Mabutas. Her siblings are Victoria, Roweno, Amalia, and Mary Kaye.
Also studied in Philippine Christian University and earned a degree of BS Marketing in 1985. She worked in Makati Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Far East & Trust Bank, for 10 years upon her retirement in 1994.
They got married on 12 May 1985 at Don Bosco Parish Church, Makati City, Philippines, and they are blessed with two lovely daughters, Maria Katrina and Romina Mae.
Since then, she became a full-time housewife taking care of their two daughters who are now living separately on different countries. She travels here and there where either one of their daughter needs her physically.
